Terms of Service
Last updated: 11 August 2026
These terms govern your use of Review Rocket. Review Rocket is a trading name of SoDutch Pty Ltd (we, us, our), based in Cairns, Queensland. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
1. The service
Review Rocket is a review management platform. It lets you invite your customers to leave reviews by email and SMS, route feedback, monitor reviews across connected platforms, respond to them and report on results. Features change over time as we improve the product.
The platform is delivered using licensed third party software that we operate under our own brand. We remain your point of contact for the service.
2. Accounts
- You must give accurate registration details and keep them up to date.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
- You must be at least 18 years old and using the service for business purposes.
- One account is for one business unless we agree otherwise in writing. Additional locations may require additional subscriptions.
3. Trials, fees and billing
- Any free trial runs for the period stated at sign up. You can cancel at any time during the trial.
- Current pricing is shown at sign up and inside your account. Fees are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until then.
- Fees already paid are not refundable except where required by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
- We may change pricing with at least 30 days notice before it applies to your next renewal.
4. Acceptable use
Review platforms have strict rules, and breaking them puts your listing at risk. When using Review Rocket you must not:
- Offer payment, discounts or any incentive in exchange for a review
- Write reviews for your own business, or ask staff, family or friends to post reviews they did not earn
- Use the platform to screen customers so that only happy ones are sent to a public review page, where the review platform prohibits that practice
- Contact people who have not dealt with your business, or who have asked not to be contacted
- Send messages that breach the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), including messages without consent, without accurate sender details, or without a working unsubscribe option
- Upload unlawful, misleading, offensive or infringing content
- Attempt to breach, overload, reverse engineer or resell the platform without our written agreement
You are responsible for the messages sent from your account and for having the right to contact the people you upload. We may suspend or close an account that breaches this section.
5. Your data
You own the data you upload. You grant us the licence needed to host and process it so we can run the service for you. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
You can export or request a copy of your data while your account is open. After closure we may retain data for the periods set out in the Privacy Policy, then delete it.
6. Third party platforms
Google, Facebook and other review platforms are independent of us. Their terms, policies and availability are outside our control, and they may change how their services work, restrict access, remove reviews or suspend listings at any time. We are not responsible for their decisions.
7. No guarantee of results
We help you ask for reviews consistently and manage the ones you receive. We cannot control what your customers write, how many respond, whether a review platform publishes or filters a review, or where your business ranks in search results. Nothing on our website or in our marketing is a promise of a particular number of reviews, a particular rating, a ranking position or a level of revenue.
8. Availability and support
We aim to keep the platform available at all times but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates and faults with third party providers can cause downtime. Support is provided by email and phone during Australian business hours.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. Where we are permitted to limit liability, our liability is limited, at our option, to resupplying the service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.
10. Liability
Subject to section 9, and to the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of goodwill or loss of data, and our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Suspension and termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account if you breach these terms, if your payment fails, or if we are required to by law or by a provider we depend on. Where practical we will give you notice and a chance to fix the problem first.
We may also stop offering the service. If that happens we will give you reasonable notice and refund any prepaid fees covering the period after the service ends.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. If a change materially affects you, we will give notice by email or inside the platform before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Both parties submit to the courts of that state and the courts able to hear appeals from them.
